Yoga-bija :: Gorakshanath

A short paddhati book of 190 verses from the early Hatha Yoga school. The work is attributed to Gorakshanath, but is likely a few centuries later than the great yogi. Comparative readings from the Yoga-shikha Upanishad, which shares a goodly part of the same text, are also included. Variant readings have been noted.
