Malegra DXT is a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, but it combines two active ingredients: Sildenafil (the same active ingredient as in Viagra) and Dapoxetine. This is the same ingredient found in Viagra and works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. It helps men with ED achieve and maintain an erection by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which allows blood vessels in the penis to relax and increase blood flow.
