Filitra 40 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains the active ingredient vardenafil, which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Vardenafil works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE5, which breaks down cyclic GMP (cGMP) in the smooth muscle cells of the penis.
