Extra Super Tadarise is a medication used to treat two common male sexual disorders: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains two active ingredients: tadalafil and dapoxetine. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, similar to sildenafil (Viagra) and vardenafil (Levitra), used to treat ED by increasing blood flow to the penis, thereby facilitating the achievement and maintenance of an erection. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat PE by delaying ejaculation and improving control over ejaculation.
