The recommended dosage of Fildena is usually one tablet (150 mg) taken orally as needed, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, and it can be taken with or without food. Fildena should not be taken more than once a day.
