Unzip the file to a temporary directory and double click the .msi file to install. Installation is very quick, and the user will only be shown an 'Installation Complete' dialog box. ########### ## USAGE ## ########### The GGM keyboard is installed as a keyboard layout. In order to use it, the user must have the Language Bar visible on the desktop. Follow these simple steps to enable the Language Bar. * Control Panel | Regional and Language Settings | Languages Tab | Details Button | Language Bar Button | Select 'Show the Language Bar on the Desktop With the Language Bar present on the desktop, the user will then need to add the GGM keyboard layout to the Language Bar. * Right click on Language Bar | Select Settings | Click Add Button | Select Keyboard layout/IME | Select US GGM (XHK-based diacritics v1.02) While in an application, select the US GGM (XHK-based diacritics v1.02) layout in the Language Bar. Diacritic text can now be directly input into the application using the familiar Harvard-Kyoto transliteration system: (Note that sometimes the computer may need to be restarted until the keyboard shows properly in the Language Bar; sometimes it shows as a blank dropdown field. This is a bug we cannot fix.)
