This is the complete edition, with karikas, examples and commentary. I have changed the numbering system to integrate both karikas and examples. There are weakness here also, but I think it better than the usual system of only number karikas, without any relation to the surrounding text. The karika numbers have been left in in red for easy cross referencing.
