Nataka Candrika. The text is based on Babulal Shukla's 1964 edition (Varanasi: Chowkhamba Sansrkit Grantha Mala, 97). Nataka is based almost in entirety on the third chapter of Simha Bhupala's Rasarnavasudhakara, though nearly all examples are taken from Rupa's own Lalita Madhava Natakam. Rupa also occasionally cites definitions from Sahitya Darpana, again giving appropriate examples from his own plays.

While going through the karikas to Rasarnava-sudhakara, I found a rather large number of errors in the karikas to Nataka-candrika. These have been corrected, but a full proofreading has not yet been done. (2003-09-08)
